With these pages, I would like to introduce you to concepts that have greatly influenced my life in a positive way. It is my pleasure to share my experiences and knowledge with you in pursuit of a more naturally supported life.

I began my journey as a healer more than 10 years ago. A personal health crisis forced me to change focus from a stressful career in corporations to studying massage and alternative healing techniques. I have developed a broad spectrum of physical and energetic healing techniques that I have been able to integrate for a more holistic approach to personal wellness.

I offer Spiritual Readings, Reiki Treatments and Classes, Massage Therapy, and Stress Management Consultation. In addition, I am also an independent distributor for Young Living Essential Oils. In my healing practice, I integrate multiple disciplines into a single session, customizing each experience for my client.

I love the work that I do and take great pleasure in helping others. I have even helped a few pets! As you will see, each page will give you more information on the services I offer.
