About

I started my journey in the healing arts at the The Finger Lakes School of Massage Therapy and opened a massage practice after graduation. I soon developed a deep respect for the energies that make us who and what we are. I found these energies to be the key to healing on many levels, and indeed to life itself. I began to explore other modalities that utilized these healing energies to assist in the healing process.

I recieved training in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy and Touch For Health, and expanded my work with Shiatsu and Polarity Therapy. My interest and subsequent training in Reiki has led me to the level of Reiki Master/Teacher. I now teach individual and group classes in all levels of Reiki. 

I also decided to pursue a lifelong interest in the psychic arts.  I enrolled in the Psychic Development program that is offered by The Holistic Studies Institute in Albany, NY.   I knew immediately that this was the missing piece to my work; it explained many intuitive moments that I've had in my life and helped me to better understand my clients' needs.  I was also able to begin doing both private and group readings.

The psychic and spiritual work has enriched my life and brought many new and exciting opportunities to me.  I love to do spiritual readings and to see the comfort and joy that a message from a loved one or spirit guide can bring.  I have also been able to integrate this work into Reiki, massage and other healing modalities, helping to  provide deeper insight into my clients healing processes.  

I find my healing work to be very fullfilling and I look forward to continuing my education into alternative healing methods and to share all that I learn.   It is my  desire to teach others about the simplicity and beauty of this work and to help them understand themselves better. Healing can happen on many levels.
