Massage

I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist located near Albany, NY.  I have been practicing various modalities of massage therapy for over ten years.  This experience has provided a strong base for my expansion to related fields such as Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy,Touch for Health and my work with Young Living Essential Oils.  I very much appreciate both the physical and energetic aspects of one's well-being.

I offer integrated sessions that utilize various massage techniques and Reiki, as well as other forms of energy work.  I allow the individual needs of each client to dictate the form that the work will take during any given session.   Some of these techniques include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Shiatsu, Touch for Health and CranioSacral Therapy.   In addition, I also use the high quality essential oils from Young Living Essential Oils to help create a more healing environment for your session.
